Life is Good

 Hi All,

I have no Earth shattering news, which I for one find to be good news.  What do they say? "No news is good news.; and I am ecstatic to share this with all.

I am very good in life when things are just copacetic, meaning in excellent order.  I suppose all the stars are in alignment in my world and as far as I know everyone I know is good and well.  Now with that said I must explain that being from a very large family and having a large circle of friends that I am not going through life unscathed, or no one to pray for.  Oh no, In my life and I'm sure as in your own, we always have our prayer list of concerns.  What I am talking about in this blog is simply I have nothing Earth shattering or any real new big life reveals. And I like this sense of normalcy.

I have great news that over the weekend my hometown NFL football team is participating in the play offs which has brought so much excitement for Cincinnati!!! We play again on Sunday and as we Bengal fans like to say, Who Dey!!!! Go Bengals!!!

I have started seeing a new man and all is perfect to report thus far as I will keep you posted on any updates.

My parents, children and grandchildren are all doing really well in life, they all seem happy and healthy and just plugging along. I myself  am almost fully recovered from a milder case of covid and I'm almost through the healing of the  break of my left foot and right ankle that occurred the end of October.

I am following on a prayer chain on facebook with a family called Carson's Crusaders , The Kissell Family, who prayer the Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily.  Which started due to the oldest child Carson being born with Epidermolysis Bullosa a rare skin condition where he is missing collagen seven leaving his skin as fragile as a butterfly wing, the slightest friction can cause the skin to blister and tear.  He struggles on a daily bases and there is no cure. Witnessing his daily life of struggles and mostly his faith in The Lord, has done so very much for me in my life. The Kissell family have two other younger sons as well.  Charlie who does not have EB but little Kolbe, the youngest, does.  During his daily pray they except prayer request for all who follow mainly after his interview on EWTN Catholic channel.

At this time we have been praying for a woman named Beth Papin, a friend of my friend at work.  Beth had just given birth to her third child at Christmas and was found positive with Covid and is  fighting for her life. At this time Beth has been placed in a medically induced coma and is on a ventilator.  They are struggling to clear her lungs.  Many continued prayers for Beth and her family.

So as I said, Life is Good, right now for me but that never stops me, you and others for asking for prayers for so many others who we know and don't know but who have been brought into our lives for a reason.

Love and prayers my friends!!
